How does initial contact happen with Nedly Labs?

Initial company contact is handled exclusively through email.

Once your request has been triaged, your newly assigned tech will reach out to you directly and manage your needs moving forward.




At Nedly Labs, we do not have a set incident response fee. The last thing you want to do when your systems are still down is negotiate from that position.

Our techs arrive, assess and recommend an immediate resolution path.

Our techs execute the resolution and mitigate the business impact to the extent possible.

When the dust settles and the client's immediate needs are addressed we simply ask you to consider what the assistance was worth, and cut us a check. (Hardware costs are always the client's responsibility.)
